Who doesn't like a freebie? "Free" is my favourite "f word". But you still have to determine whether you want or really need the item. The internet is abound with "freebies" but watch out!! There are a lot of scams out there too!!

Do you use only the big brand condiments?
When it comes to condiments, all food for that matter, do you only eat the big name brands?
How much can you save by passing on the big brands and using storebrand or even no-name?
According to Wisebread.com, you can save by not paying for the big brand's advertising and using storebrand condiments such as ketchup, mustard, relish, etc.
I have to pick up some more ketchup this week...I will buy the Sobey's "Compliments" brand and let you know how it is compared to Heinz brand.

For me, yoga is a moving meditation where I can be totally aware of my body and present in the moment. For me, it's not so much about keeping track of my breathe but being fully present and aware of my body overall. What does it do for you?

Do you knit or crochet?
I am a crocheter not a knitter. One hook is better for me than two needles, lol!! 
This a "scrappy" infinity scarf that I finished this morning from scraps of yarn that I had left. Super cozy!!!

Soul-full Sunday
Good morning. Here it is, the last Sunday of October 2015!! What do you have in store for today?
Hubby and I are going for brunch with friends this morning and then I will work on my CPA module 0 and maybe some crocheting too!!
On a serious note...how often do you find yourself comparing yourself to others, and/ or trying to be someone you're not just to be accepted by others, who, frankly, are doing the very same thing?
To live an authentic life, as Ms. Winfrey always says, you must accept yourself and others as you and they are, no more, no less!! But I think Ms. Judy Garland said it best:
